M\u00e9langer \u00e0 part la farine et la Ma\u00efzena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter 2 louches de lait ti\u00e8de au m\u00e9lange farine-Ma\u00efzena et m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand le lait bout, l\u2019ajouter au m\u00e9lange puis ajouter le sucre tout en remuant, ce qui donnera une b\u00e9chamel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Battre l\u2019oeuf \u00e0 part puis l\u2019ajouter au m\u00e9lange refroidi.
